The simulation set-up allows for random and event-driven censoring, an arbitrary number of treatment arms, staggered study entry and drop-out. Exponentially, Weibull and piecewise exponentially distributed survival times can be generated. The correlation between PFS and OS can be calculated. authors: - family-names: Erdmann given-names: Alexandra email: alexandra.erdmann@uni-ulm.de - family-names: Rufibach given-names: Kaspar email: kaspar.rufibach@roche.com - family-names: Löwe given-names: Holger email: hbj.loewe@gmail.com - family-names: Sabanés Bové given-names: Daniel email: daniel.sabanes_bove@roche.com repository: https://pharmaverse.r-universe.dev repository-code: https://github.com/insightsengineering/simIDM commit: fc64d5d5ba1a573a6d2cc92918161309f19848af url: https://github.com/insightsengineering/simIDM/ contact: - family-names: Erdmann given-names: Alexandra email: alexandra.erdmann@uni-ulm.de
